FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN’T MAKE IT TO JOHN U LLOYD STATE PARK FOR TRAINING SUNDAY THIS IS WHAT WE WILL BE DOING
AND YOU SHOULD BE DOING THE SAME
SUNDAY SEPT 28th, 08
WARM UP ½ MILE JOG OR APPORXIMATELY
10 MINUTES OF CONTINOUS MOVEMENT
THEN STRETCH FOR 10 MINUTES
RUN/JOG FOR 1.5 MILE AND
THEN RIDE YOUR BIKE FOR 10 MILES
THEN STRECTH AND GO EAT!!!!
