Congratulations to all of those that participated in the Duathlon Sunday Oct. 19th, at Tradewinds Park. I am very honored to congratulate all of the teams as they competed and through all the trials and tribulations of competition did their best!!

A.L.I. Bootcamp Relay Teams took 3rd, 4th, and 5th and we now have our sites on 1st and 2nd for next season….
