1/2 Marathon Training Week 11/17-23rd

You want to maintain what we did this past Sunday, so make sure you go for a run, jog/walk at least 2 times this week and Sunday will be 3 times.

Warm up jog, run for 5-10 minutes and then stretch.

 Then Run, Jog/Walk for (3) 15 minute segments.
