This week you want to do what we did this past Sunday (4) 15 minute segments of continuous movement. After the 1st segment stretch, 2nd walk for 3 minutes and start again, 3rd walk for 4 minutes and start again, and then finish.
We pick our training on Hollywood Beach on December 7th, 2008.
