Lend a Helping Hand Event

When: Saturday May 16th, 2009
9:30AM – 11:30AM

Where: Salvation Army, Ft. Lauderdale 1901 West Broward Blvd
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312

What: Come and donate:

A. Time to clean out the closet, you know there are clothes you have not worn in over 3 months that are just there “hanging out” lets put them to good use, remove the clutter!
B. We all know the World is making it’s way through a difficult time, however as bad as your situation is there a plenty of people whose struggles are far, far greater and we are holding this event for those Citizens of the World that just need a Helping Hand.
C. (10) Boxes, Frozen Bags, or Cans of Food & 1 Bag or More of Clothes for the Families living at the Residence Complex of the Salvation Army.
D. Everyone needs a Helping Hand now and then, Ali, PerFit and the ALI Bootcamp Team would not be a true TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) if we did not do our small part to help those less fortunate than ourselves and our clients.

Come and Join our TEAM and Lend a Helping Hand to those that suddenly find themselves in over their head and need someone to reach down under the water and lift them up.. Ali, demands this in his Bootcamp Program as anyone who has attending in the last 11 years knows and Ali would expect nothing less from you now.

We will have a short FREE Bootcamp Class right there after we hand in the Food and the Clothes and then we will be on our way to enjoy the rest of our day and weekend.

The Bootcamp Class afterwards is voluntary you don’t have to participate in the Class after dropping off the Food & Clothes you would like to donate for the event.

Yes, we have Cross Training at John U Lloyd the very next day Sunday the 17th as scheduled and as always the Sunday Training Sessions are FREE and OPEN to ANYONE!!

Please come out and help Ali, PerFit and the ALI Bootcamp TEAM help our fellow citizens of the World who find themselves reaching for that hand to pull them up…
