No Class New Year’s Night

Hello Everyone, I wanted to let everyone know there will be no Class Wednesday Evening at 6:30pm Sept. 28th, 2011.

I have a New Year’s Dinner Celebration with my Adopted Family Here, I wish all my Jewish Brothers & Sisters a Happy New Year!

 Class resumes Saturday Morning Oct. 1st, 2011

Cardio Sundays

If you would like to improve your Cardio Output come on out and join us for Cardio Sundays; We meet on Hollywood Beach, and other Various Spots around the Area for a Cardio Workout. You can crawl, walk, jog slow, jog fast, or run whatever you are able to do. Come and Join us if you like it is FREE and OPEN to anyone.
