Happy New Year to Everyone again, now if you have had some set backs on your New Year Resolution don’t give up just yet. Did you know that 90% of people that set out to exercise more for their New Year’s Resolution stop by the 3rd week of January?
So don’t give up maybe you went out too fast, so slow up a little and find some time you can easily add to your already busy schedule of life. It is amazing to me how people find time for work, to watch their investments, for friends, going out, so many other things but there is no time allotted to invest in the only thing you really own, your health and fitness and your physique.
We live in the greatest country in the World and you have the freedom to do whatever you like but remember people this is the first time in our Country’s History where more than 70% of the entire US population is overweight, this now matter how you slice it or dice is not a good thing!
So find something that you will want to do as far as exercise is concerned and just remember the classic fable of the turtle and hare. If you don’t remember let me give you the moral of the story; slow and steady wins the race…..
